When Argos Printing Company go on a two-week bonding exercise, taking a canoe trip from Lake Ontario, the owner Mr McGuinness takes it as an opportunity for his son Troy to prove to the company that he is the right person to take over the running of the company.

But does he have the skills to lead the company? Will Troy’s relationship with Nancy survive the attentions of the super confident Felix? What wisdom does old Mr O’Reilly have to give? And why was one member of the company raised by bears?
