Setting: 1920s Speakeasy

Madame Josephine’s Speakeasy is New York’s most famous illegal bar, a precarious situation in the middle of the Prohibition.  Nonetheless things are going well until her new act – Pineapple ‘Banana’ Belle – falls in love with the local cop  officer Grammar. It is only a matter of time before Grammar finds out the truth and he has to decide where his loyalties lie – to his loved one or the law.

Featuring NYPD’s most sophisticated lie detector ‘the truth machine’.
