Show 764: Pit Perfect – 23rd August, Edinburgh Festival Fringe

A Welsh coal mining village

When 21-year old Mafanwe returns from her time in London with her sophisticated ways, her sweetheart Owen is expecting to rekindle their romance. But unexpectedly he has a fling with her younger sister Mary as well as continuing to woo Mafanwe. Meanwhile the miners are about to blast open a new section of the mine, but Owen has been too busy romancing to do his safety checks…

Featured a consonant-packed Welsh-language mining ballad and constant flocks of sheep invading the stage.
