Sam and Clarissa, a lesbian couple of some twenty years’ standing, run the best Gay Bar in Canberra, but their barman Geoff can’t handle the fact that his paramour Terry has gone straight. Meanwhile Flora has fallen in with ‘Anti – Gay studies’ professor Jack, and the Clam looks like it’s being closed down do to lack of homosexuality. Golf is played. Calypso’s are sung. And Clarissa sings the statue song.
