There is celebration as Sheriff Petey Paul marries Jessie May, the two people responsible for making Dust City the driest city in Nevada. But PGP and Calendula hanker for the days of fine whiskey and debauchery. So, with the help of the Deputy Sheriff, they lure Jessie May back to her old ways; after all once a lush, always a lush. When Petey Paul also falls off the wagon, it’s up to the Deputy Sheriff and Lily Rose to restore balance.
