The Whitehouse, modern day.
On the day that Obama and his team leave the Whitehouse, chief of staff Frank Wilson reveals to his (now ex) secretary Mary that he always loved her. She says that she is only interested in powerful men, and Frank is no longer that. He leaves, angry and distraught.

Then when Trump comes into office, Mary and he immediately become an item and this is too much for Frank. He breaks in to the inauguration with a gun, to show Mary that he is powerful. But Frank have what it takes to kill a president?
