In Perth, Mary Magdalene is on her hen do with her mother Miriam and best friend Tracy, while her fiancee Roy is on his stag. It turns out he has some doubts over his impending marriage – these are heightened when he hears an extraordinary long-standing rumour about the Magadelenes: that they are guilty of practising witchcraft. He allows himself to be tempted by the advances of Tracy and it all comes out on their wedding day. But Mary is not the kind of woman to let humiliation go unpunished and Roy discovers to his eternal regret what it means to cross a family of witches…
