In the sewers underneath the Isle Of Wight, nascent lovers ( and sewer cleaners) Steven and Susan find themselves drawn to the ‘Top World’ when the SEC (Spooky Electric Company) attempts to turn the entirety of the island into one enormous open-air cess pool.
