Show 1000 – The Cream of Yorkshire – 23rd January – The Other Palace, London

A Yorkshire Soup Kitchen in 1882

Mr Skipton, his son Cuthburt and daughter in law Caroline run the Wensleydale soup kitchen. Things are pretty peaceful until the Duchess decides to move back to join her brother the Duke at their Wensleydale estate, she is determined to mix with the locals. The clash of classes and cultures sweeps the entire cast into changing their attitudes, their friendships and their lives – in the end, for the better.

Note: this was our 1000th show!
