Lord Macmillan is taking his daughter Belinda across the Turkey/Turkmenistan border to scatter the ashes of his wife, her mother.

However, Macmillan has a troubled past. He was involved in military campaigns, and became famous for his use of the strategy The Push to the Kush, using which a smaller force can defeat a larger one.

Meanwhile, two brothers Boris and Jacov Rostrobovich are following them, with as plan for revenge against Lord Macmillan and also the aim to locate the diamond of Tubekistan, about which Belinda knows more than she realises…
